If for any reason, you don't love what you've bought from us, we've made our returns & exchange process easy to follow.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your product/s. All we ask is that any product/s you are exchanging are in original condition, with all tags attached, any packaging intact and returned to us within 14 days from delivery.

Product/s can be exchanges by following these simple steps:

  • Pack your product/s in their original condition and with tags attached into a protected parcel (to avoid damage during transit).
  • We highly recommend that you receive a tracking number for the item posted.
  • Post the parcel to:

  • Enclose a brief description of reason for exchange including:

Once we receive your item we will exchange and post back to you and confirm the exchange by emailing you a confirmation tracking code.

Returns

You are welcome to return products if they are deemed faulty or damaged.

No one likes discovering that the product they bought is either damaged or faulty!! In the unlikely event that this happens, we want to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you, our customer.

If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you become aware by contacting us at info@backbeachco.com.

As a consumer there are certain guarantees that are made when goods are sold to you, one of which is that goods are of acceptable quality. A product is considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it:

  •  Does not do all the things you would reasonably expect it to; or
  • Does not match the description made by us, on packaging or labels

 If an item is not of acceptable quality you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Product/s can be returned by following these simple steps:

Once we receive your product/s back we will assess the product/s to ensure that they meet our returns criteria. Once the assessment is completed and the returns criteria satisfied, we will contact you to issue a refund on the payment card or PayPal account used to purchase the product/s.

Please note that with custom or embroidery items we can not accept returns or exchanges so please be careful when ordering a custom or embroidery item.
